Siren Miniatures is Poland-based company, registered under KRS number 0000516007. Siren Miniatures company and all its actions are subjects to Polish law.
Siren Miniatures produces and sells high quality figurines designed for wargamers, miniature painters and collectors. Siren Miniatures makes its product available through web store or network of resellers. Siren Miniatures is responsible only of quality and terms of product available through company's web store. Terms and conditions described here are only valid for Siren Miniatures' web store.
Ordering
Customer who wants to buy our product directly from us should configure and confirm order using our webstore. Order will be processed after payment receiving payment confirmation. After verification of order, Customer will receive confirmation email.
Prices and products availability
Prices and availability information given on our site are subjects to change. Number of available miniatures given in Siren Miniatures’ web store are only an estimation and may change during processing of any order. Prices of products in placed and payed order will not change, but prices listed on products’ pages in web store may change without notice.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped usually within maximum 7 days after payment confirmation.
Polish Post recorded delivery services are used for shipment of all orders.
Orders are shipped worldwide.
Order cancellation
Cancellation by customer: Order can be cancelled at any time before is dispatched from our store - cancellation will result in full refund of payment, within 2 to 4 weeks. After order has been sent it cannot be cancelled.
Cancelation by Siren Miniatures: company may be forced to cancel some of orders due to:
- Lack of payment for order
- Lack of products in stock
In both situation Siren Miniatures will try to contact customer and establish best solution for such case. If cancelation will be done by Siren Miniatures customer will receive full refund.
Replacement and returning
Customers may request replacement of some or all products delivered in order. At any time within 3 months of sending of order Customer can request product replacement. Customers are eligible for replacement procedure in such cases:
- delivered product was broken during transportation or do not meet expected quality
- order was incorrect
Customer is also eligible for returning procedure within 30 days of receiving shipment without giving a cause. Returned products have to be shipped back to Siren Miniatures. Product also has to be in untouched conditions in its original packaging. Customer will receive refund of price paid for returned products.

Registering at our shop
Every customer that make an order at our shop allows his or her personal data provided in order registration form applications to be processed for the purpose of shipping and billing processes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29/08/1997 (Dz.Ust.No.133, item 883).

Disclaimer
Products created by Siren Miniatures are not toys and shouldn't be used by children under 14 years old. Products may contain small pieces and are fragile. Siren Miniatures nor any person associated with or employed by will not be liable for damages by improper use of products created by company.

Siren Miniatures is a company that produces and sells high quality figurines designed for wargamers, miniature painters and collectors. Siren Miniature is Poland-base company.
Ordering
Customer who wants to buy our product directly from us should configure and confirm order using our webstore. Order will be processed after payment receivement. After verification of order, Customer will receive confirmation email.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped usually within maximum 7 days after payment receivement.
We use Polish Post recorded delivery services for all orders. Orders are shipped worldwide. Usually delivery takes 2-3 weeks, but it depends on customer local postage service.
Order cancellation
Order can be cancelled at any time before is dispatched from our store - cancellation will result in returning of payment as soon as possible, usually it takes 2 to 4 weeks.After order being sent it cannot be cancelled.
Replacement procedure
When you are eligible for return procedure:
1. delivery was broken
2. delivery was incorrect
At any time within 3 months of sending of order Customer can request order replacement. It only require contact with us, we will send replacement free of charge.
