Shipping and Payment

Shipping cost

We want to have things simple. We do not want to complicated unclear shiping costs tables. So your have just two option:

Orders for 50 euro or less 4.5 euro
Oders for more than 50 euro FREE

Yes, thats all. We do not want to complicate your or our lives - so it doesn't matter how far your package need to be sent, how much it weight. Simple rules: two prices, from which one is 0.

Shipping times

We ship parcels at least once per week usually on Thursdays. Only exception are items bought in preorder offer - for each of such offer there is a shippment date listed. Usually it takes about 2-3 weeks to complete preorders and start shippment.

Shipping service and times

We use registered postal parcel service, all our packages are tracked. Our post office service declares that mean time for parcel to reach destination is  7 work days. And basing on our experience this is true. For some parts of the world you need to take into account also time needed for customs office and similar parcel screening. Basing on our yearly experience, you may expect package after:

  • EU countries - 5 to 7 days after shipment
  • non-EU europeean countries - 7 to 10 days after shippment
  • USA, Canada - between 10 and 14 days
  • Australia, New Zeland, Asia - around 21 days

Packaging

Our miniatures are packaged in clear plastic blisters. For delivery we use hard cardboard boxes, suitable for size and amount of miniatures ordered. Content of package is secured with bubble wraps.

Replacement and return procedures

Terms and Conditions define rules when you are eliglible for replacement or return procedures:

1. If there was something wrong with delivery or product - i.e. is mistaken or broken, you are eliglible for replacement procedure.

2. If you just want to return models - i.e. you do not like them anymore (really??, why.....?), you are eliglibe for returning procedure

Replacement procedure

  1. Contact us at contact@sirenminiatures.com, and describe details of your problem. Also it would be nice to give us your orginal order number and/or email used during registration
  2. We will answer you and establish the best way to solve your problem. In most cases we will send you again broken/mistaken miniature or its parts.
  3. After our answer we will register special order, containing your broken miniatures replacement and associated with your account. We will use shipping address given by you in your orginal order unless you give us another address.
  4. Order with replacement will be shiped the same way as others.

Returning procedures

  1. Contact us at contact@sirenminiatures.com, and describe details of your problem. Also it would be nice to give us your orginal order number and/or email used during registration
  2. We will answer you and establish the best way to solve your problem.
  3. You will need to send us back unwanted miniatures on address: Zamiany 8/LU2 02-786 Warszawa, Poland. Shippement has to be paid by you.
  4. After recieving your pacel we will refund you cost of returned miniatures. Unfortunatelly we wont be able to refund any shippment costs.
